There are typically no upfront costs associated with becoming a Sitemorse customer – you simply pay the annual Sitemorse Subscription fee.

The exception to this is the deployment of specific services relating to a client’s customisation of the system, such as bespoke Style Guides, reports, additional rules and technical developments.

All Sitemorse patches and upgrades are included in the annual Sitemorse subscription fee which is agreed and approved between Sitemorse and your organisation before deployment commences.

The subscription fee will increase on an annual basis by 5.75%. Clients who take a 3-year service will have fixed pricing for that period. Clients paying 3 years in advance have the 4th year at no charge.

Sitemorse reserves the right to increase subscription fees annually in line with inflation and other market forces and to vary this rate.
