Once your Sitemorse Service is agreed, you could be up and running with a basic priorities report by lunchtime! In the past, we've implemented a service in less than 90mins - not something that we want to do to often but the client’s needs must come first!

The full Sitemorse Deployment Plan is broken down into phases, each with a number of stages.

PHASE I Experience has shown that Phase I takes place over four to six weeks depending on the organisation, but this equates to as little as four to six hours' work from the internal team over that period, up to a maximum of two days.

Phase II is based around embedding Sitemorse governance practices into your teams’ ‘business as usual’ routines.

Phase III enables organisations to customise their Sitemorse deployment (subject to the service purchased).

Phase IV (again subject to the service purchased) is designed and developed with each organisation depending on their CMS.

Full details are available in the Sitemorse Deployment Plan – available on request.
