Extremely easy! Content Editors can be up and running with Sitemorse within minutes.

The first thing that Content Editors get access to is SMARTview. This is a module within Sitemorse which enables the entire content community to assess their own pages, through their browser, whenever they want. There is no need for your user community to understand the technology or wait for reports from the central team; SMARTview instantly highlights any errors on the page against set criteria, giving the content owner/developer immediate feedback and the ability to make necessary corrections before publication.

Content Editors also receive, via email, their own, individual Top Ten priorities lists of actions. Using this, the Editor simply clicks on the appropriate icon to open the affected page in the CMS, allowing them to fix the issue then and there.

Through Sitemorse's inCMS™ capabilities, your Content Editors will be able to assess and review their content before publication, without leaving the comfort and familiarity of the CMS. This means that they can get on with their day job, leaving Sitemorse to sit quietly in the background, generating all the information that they need to publish error and issue-free content, first time.
