Publishing Integration

The WordPress module is now available, allowing the automation of assessment as part of the publishing workflow.

Deployment of the module is less than half a day and the initial benefits can be seen almost immediately. With Sitemorse assessing as part of the publishing process, deployment could see a reduction by up to 86% in staff training and support costs.
 
Digital standards can now applied consistently to all content without the need manually check directly from within the WordPress CMS, without the time consuming need to continually and often repeatedly update and advise every and all editors / publishers of the change or update. Digital Governance can be more effectively monitored, right at the point of content production, ongoing management can be improved, saving money by reducing time and removing the opportunity for human error.

Take the example of the requirement to manage a service removal or product recall - this can now be implemented in a matters of minutes, with one change to the centralised rules within Sitemorse all content is then assessed against the new requirements - you no longer hope the required change has been successfully communicated, understood and implemented - content is continually monitored ahead of launch and you are be confident that the rules are being applied consistently.

Another of the significant improvements to publishing is the reporting - the module on a daily basis automatically reads and carries out assessment page by page of updated / new content, reporting by section, team or publisher. With SMART Content™  future corrective activity can also be automatically routed directly to the individual content owner, typically reducing lead time from 17 days to under 3 minutes.
