Business2www have updated the payment processing system of Sitemorse™ automated website tests to facilitate on-line approval and immediate access to reports for companies that wish to use the more traditional purchase order and invoice process to confirm their order and receive their diagnostic test results and reports immediately.

The system, which went live on Monday 16th September provides business users that do not have or do not wish to use our online credit card processing system access and purchase the report(s) on their own sites.

We have made the approval instant to allow companies to access the problems found on their website by Sitemorse™ . The sooner that the problems are detected, defined and located, the sooner the necessary remedial action can take place. Once such actions have been completed, a site retest is run as part of the price of the Technical Report.

To further support those with multiple websites along with those that have continually changing or updated sites (who have a real need for repeated and ongoing testing when the updates are from many departments either locally or globally), we have also introduced block page pre-payment system. This enables companies to run a number of site tests up to an agreed upper limit on the total number of pages, and can be accounted from a single order.

Philip Sheldon (Managing Director of B2W) says:
‘With the growth in our user base it is important to review users’ requirements and respond to them effectively and flexibly. Our rapid response to a number of requests for a Purchase Order Payment, and to users responsible for a number of company sites, are examples of our adherence to the basic principle of marketing – responding rapidly positively (and profitably) to customer needs. The same discipline also acts as a constant drive to predict and anticipate these needs to the best of our ability. We welcome all comments on and criticism of all aspects of our new and exciting products and business’.
