This week, Support Lead, Helen explains how to update your Sitemorse login password.

If you have a user account access with Sitemorse that requires a login, you will have been emailed login details (login email and password) via a welcome email. You may prefer to change the allocated password, and you can do this once you have logged in as follows:

Login and Change your Password

  • Login to Sitemorse
  • Select 'My Account'
  • Select 'Change your password'
  • Enter current password, add new password and confirm the new password
  • Select 'Update'

An alternative way to change your password, or reset your password if you have forgotten it, is as follows:

I've forgotten my password

  • Go to https://sitemorse.com/
  • Select 'Login' top right
  • Select 'Forgot Password'
  • Type in your email address and select 'Submit'
  • You will be sent a new password by email

Note: If the password email does not arrive to your Inbox, please check your Junk folder. If the email does not arrive, please email Sitemorse via support@sitemorse.com

To update your login email, please login to your Sitemorse account and click 'Need Help?' top right to submit a Support Request and send Sitemorse a request, including the email address you would like to update to, or alternatively email support@sitemorse.com with your request.
