UK | Grammar school discriminated against visually impaired child, tribunal finds

After a referral from the RNIB, the Equalities and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) supported a legal challenge at the government’s tribunal on special educational needs and disabilities. The tribunal ruled that Reading School was responsible for ensuring access to the exam by disabled applicants.

US | Only 1 in 4 Top US Credit Unions Are on a Path to Web Accessibility Compliance

A new report, shows that out of the top 50 US Credit Unions, only 24% score over 70% compliance to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Landmark Credit Union (WI), Police and Fire Federal Credit Union, Navy Federal Credit Union, Kinecta Federal Credit Union, and VyStar Credit Union were listed as the Top 5 Best Websites Overall.
