A full searchable archive of your digital footprint covering everything from website pages, to PDFs to social media content.

Why is this important?

It is important for an organisation to know what content is where in terms of what’s live right now, but also in terms of history, across your entire digital landscape.  This includes not just PDFs or indexed office documents, but also social media content.

This gives you help you make any changes you need across all content but also demonstrate internally and externally that changes have actioned. You can also refer to what your site looked at in a given moment in time, a facility which can be very important if you are subject to potential legal action.

How it works

Sitemorse enables you to keep track of what content is where and rapidly search for it.  Importantly this includes content archive which is indispensable when it comes to proving what was where and when.

Sitemorse is one of the few services which automatically archives content, keeping a record of what you’ve had online for up to seven years.  Clients can key in a word, and we can search on multiple millions of pages in just a couple of minutes.  We can also show the content item’s history of where it has been e.g. metadata, alt-text for images, PDF titles, file names, and also the history of email addresses.
