This week, Support Lead, Helen outlines how to email a Report to someone who does not have a Sitemorse login.

A user of Sitemorse has the option to send a Report to someone who does not have a Sitemorse login. This can be useful if you want someone to view a Report without having to register them with Sitemorse - for example, to review a summary overview of an assessed site, or the diagnostic detail for an issue. 

To email a Report: 

  • Login to Sitemorse. 
  • Locate a listed site (under Live, Pre Launch or On Demand tabs of your Digital Properties). 
  • Select 'Report' link to view the Report Summary page for a site. 
  • Select the link 'Share findings' on the right. Then add name and email address for the recipient and click 'Sent Email'. 
  • An email will be sent to the specified recipient, with a link which provides access to the Report. Within the email, the recipient can select a link called 'Priorities' to view the Priorities page, and from there view further detail of the Report.

Please note additional users for organisations can also be requested to be added if a recipient requires more regular access to sites.
