This week, Support Lead, Helen Grimbly will outlining how to view Historic Reports from Digital Properties.

Sitemorse provides the facility to view previous Reports for the same site. This can be useful, for example, for comparing previous pages to see if the issues have been temporary or occuring for a number of weeks. Scores of Report categories can also be compared to see if areas are improving.

To view Historic Reports for a site: 

• Login to Sitemorse. 
• Locate a listed site (under Live, Pre Launch or On Demand tabs). 
• Where the date is stated for that site, select the Calendar icon above it. 
• Then select a date from the options available. 
• Select the main Report link to view the selected Report.
