This week, Support Lead, Helen Grimbly will be introducing the new Sitemorse Support page.

The new Sitemorse Support page will help you to find answers to your questions from our extensive library of support articles and videos.

There are two mechanisms for searching that can be used separately or together.

Select / Deselect categories 
----------------------------------- 
On the left hand side of the page, select a category to list articles and videos that relate to that topic, for example 'PDF' check box. Unselect (untick) to remove that topic. Selecting more or less categories will widen or narrow the search criteria.

Add Search terms 
---------------------- 
There is a search field at the top of the page. Search terms can be added to the field and then select 'Search'.
