Tech Update

This week, Support Lead, Helen Grimbly will be highlighting available help videos. 

When a scheduled or on-demand assessment has completed, there will be a Sitemorse Report to be reviewed. Within the Report summary pages for Accessibility and Email there are links to help videos for these categories (at the top center of those summary pages).

Also note that for Sitemorse Priorities that are listed to be fixed for an assessment, there are videos for each priority, to explain the benefit of resolving them, see the info icon next to each priority in the assessment.

Direct ‘just-in-time’ training materials are offered against actions, delivering immediate understanding and confidence in actioning. These videos provide help prevent the same issues being repeated.
