Organisations can now use the scorecard to build a clearer view of their public digital landscape and create a practical starting point for AI readiness.

AI readiness is not only about how an organisation uses AI internally. It is also about how AI systems see the organisation from the outside, using the information they can access across websites, public pages, PDFs, portals, campaign sites, legacy content, and other digital assets.

That matters because AI systems are already forming answers, summaries, and impressions from public information. If that information is incomplete, outdated, duplicated, inconsistent, or unmanaged, it can contribute to misrepresentation, misinformation, missed visits, unnecessary digital waste, and avoidable cost.

The scorecard helps organisations confirm what exists online, where each site or asset currently stands, and where ownership or visibility may be unclear.
