On Wednesday, April 16 at 2:30 PM ET, Brooks Digital, The Autism Community in Action (TACA), and CurbCutOS will host a free webinar titled Digital Accessibility: Fostering Clarity and Empowerment for the Autism Community.

This session will explore how digital experiences can better support people with autism, their caregivers, and healthcare professionals. It will highlight common accessibility challenges, offer practical strategies for improvement, and include a live demo showing the impact of inaccessible design.

Spencer Brooks, one of the event speakers, explains the issue clearly:
“For many people with autism, navigating a typical nonprofit or healthcare website is overwhelming: flashing visuals, unclear content, too many clicks. And the thing is, most of us never notice. Because we’re not the ones struggling to use it.”

Topics will include:
•    Actionable insights on digital accessibility that create clarity for users
•    How to use accessible digital tools to increase impact
•    Strategies for building more welcoming and compliant online experiences

Speakers:
•    Spencer Brooks, CEO, Brooks Digital
•    Bill Oldham, Board Chair, The Autism Community in Action
•    Jeremy Grandstaff, SVP of Business Development & Partnerships, CurbCutOS
