This week, Support Lead, Helen Grimbly will be outlining how a scheduled assessment can be marked to appear under different Digital Properties tabs.

Sitemorse can help a client with the pre live (Pre Launch) testing of a website, as well as when the site goes live, to ensure website usability and efficiency for its audience. Please see the following article about Pre Launch assessments for more information.

During the Pre Launch stage the site is generally placed under the 'Pre Launch' tab of Digital Properties. When a site goes live, site admins for that organisation can move that site to a Live tab by selecting the Cog icon next to the site and "Unmark as a 'Pre launch' site", and that site will then be listed under a Live tab in Digital Properties (as long as the site schedule is still active - not expired). Another option for a site under Pre Launch tab is "Mark as a 'Archive' site" to archive that Pre Launch site.

The Live section of Digital Properties has 4 sub-categories which are Web, PDF, Social and Archive. As a Pre Launch site can be moved to a Live tab, also a Live site can be moved to the Pre Launch tab. Live sites have up to five options:

Mark as a 'Pre Launch' site (move to Pre Launch tab)
Mark as a 'Web' site (for Reports on standard web sites)
Mark as a 'PDF' site (for Reports concentrating on PDF documents)
Mark as a 'Social' site (for Reports on social properties such as Facebook and Twitter)
Mark as a 'Archive' site (move to Archive tab)

These top level labels are designed to help site administrators organise there sites according to their current status and function.
