This week, Support Lead, Helen Grimbly outlines how to download the score information for the Reports on a site over time.

It can be useful to download score information for Reports over time if you would like to use the data to display progress for categories, for example Accessibility, to see how the site has improved.

How to download the score data for Reports for Benchmarking

• Login to Sitemorse 
• Click on 'Digital Properties' link, top left. 
• For a listed site, click on the 'Benchmarks & KPIs' link. 
• Select 'The detail' tab. 
• Select a date range 'Start' and 'End' to which you would like the Reports score information for. 
• Select the categories to include. As you toggle categories on or off, the graph shown will be updated to display their performance over time. Note the category 'Overall' option is to show the Overall Report scores. 
• Select the 'XLS' icon, top right of the categories buttons, then add an email recipient and click 'Send Email'. 
• An email will be sent to the recipient with an attached excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will show all the Reports within the selected date range and the scores of the cateogories that were selected.

The recipient of the scores spreadsheet data can then chart the data in the format they would like, such as using the charting facilities of Excel. Also provided in the speadsheet are links to each individual Report listed, if the recipient would like to investigate further the detail of a Report, such as the reason for a particular score.
