This week, Support Lead, Helen Grimbly introduces the new feature that allows a user to upload and assess a PDF that is offline and not hosted on a website. Existing options included a feature to assess a PDF that is hosted on a website, and to assess HTML that is not online, but not until now could you assess an offline PDF.

Sitemorse provides On Demand options to run assessments when you want to from the Digital Properties page. There are various existing On Demand assessment options that can be viewed from this article:

New feature: To Assess a PDF that is offline and not hosted on a website 

• Login to Sitemorse 
• Click 'Digital Properties' link top left. 
• Select the + plus icon, to the left of the 'On Demand' tab, to view the On Demand options. 
• Select 'Your PDF' tab at the far right of the options. 
• Upload your PDF. 
• Click 'Upload and verify PDF' 
• The results will be immediately returned as a Report to view. The Report can also be viewed under the 'On Demand' tab from Digital Properties page. Please note that results are kept for one month and then deleted.
