For scheduled assessments, if you are an email recipient for that site, you will receive an email (often weekly) when an assessment has completed, with a link in the email to 'Priorities'. Click on this link to access and review the priority results for this site.

If you don't receive emails for a site but have access to it from your Dashboard or Digital Properties (listed when you log in), you can access Priorities for the site when logged in. From Dashboard select the site on the left, select the 'Content tab' and select priorities bottom left to view results (UX, SEO, GRC), and from Digital Properties screen, select the Priorities link for a site.

The Priorities include broken links, email issues such as a badly formatted email address for a 'mailto' address, and high priority Accessibility issues such as alt text is missing from image on web page (often single A Accessibility actions).

Your role may determine how you view and respond to the listed priorities.

  • For Managers with access to Dashboard, you may review the listed priorities to send to individuals - by using the forward email feature available for each diagnostic type (of even individual diagnostics). There is also a Managers tab (first tab) on the Priorities page for a site listed under Digital Properties.
  • For Content Editors you may view the 'Editor' tab from the Priorities page and examine priorities on a page by page basis - up to 10 pages are prioritised (with actions) by Sitemorse for each assessment.
  • For Developers, there is a Developer tab from the Priorities page to view top diagnostics to review, arranged by category, including lower level categories such as slowest URLs to first byte.

Note all users can forward diagnostics to an another person to review if required, such as a Content Editor forwarding an action found on a CSS page to a Developer (using their email address).

Users can also action diagnostics via a Report, found from a Dashboard at top center report link icon, under the Content tab for a site, or select the Report link for a site from Digital Properties. A category can be selected and priorities reviewed for that category only.

If results are reviewed by category, it is generally advised to review the categories Function, Email and Accessibility first.
