We recently announced that Sitemorse was a nominee for the 2018 iNetwork Partner Excellence Awards. We were nominated by Rahna Riley, Digital Services Lead at Rochdale Borough Council for our work together on the Accessibility Matters project.

iNetwork’s vision is to help local public service organisations to “collaborate to innovate” and thereby provide effective support for their users, patients and communities.

The Partner Excellence award allows iNetwork members to recognise the outstanding performance of partner organisations and celebrates “innovation, collaboration, efficiency and going the extra mile in partnership working”.

It was a real honour to be nominated for such an award and after all the votes we recieved from our clients and the votes from the judges, we were very pleased to be put forward as a finalist for the award.

The other finalists for this awards were:

  • Citizens Advice Lancashire – Digital Help Centre at Fleetwood Market
  • ELe – Brighter, Cleaner Future

The awards were held last night (Wednesday 28th November) at the iNetwork’s awards dinner and ceremony at the Marriott Manchester Albert and Victoria Hotel.

As finalists we were required to create a two minute video for the awards evening which illustrated the project details and the work carried out.

Take a look at our video below:

Unfortunately, it wasn’t a win for Sitemorse on the night but Congratulations to the winners, Ele who had worked alongside Bradford Council to meet Bradford’s energy efficiencies targets.

Thank you to all who voted for Sitemorse this year to get us through to the final and to Rahna Riley at Rochdale for nominating us. We’ve all got our fingers crossed for next year.
